Most briefs take one phone call. We run the search, the interviews and the offer, and keep you updated at each step. 1 ### Brief One call about the role, the team, salary and timing. We confirm terms in writing. 2 ### Search We search our registered candidates, run targeted searches and approach people directly. 3 ### Shortlist You get a short list of people we have interviewed, with notes on each. We arrange interviews and collect feedback. 4 ### Offer and start We manage the offer, resignation and notice period, and stay in touch through the guarantee period. ## Our terms in brief Permanent placements in Australia. Full terms and the fee scale come with every brief. Option 1 ### Contingent Non-exclusive. You pay only when a candidate accepts your offer. The fee is due within 14 days. Option 2 ### Retained We are your exclusive recruiter for the role. The fee is paid in thirds: on engagement, on shortlist and on placement. Used for new underwriting agencies, start-up teams and Authorised Representative brokerages expanding.
