The Core Recruitment Service gives you access to run recruitment campaigns across the duration of your subscription (12 months). This comprises:
- Consultation to establish the requirements of the role and form a job description
- Write and post client specific branded job advertisements
- Application Management and Shortlisting. Provide a summary report of all job applicants as well as a shortlist of those considered most appropriate
- Provide feedback to all applicants to ensure your brand protection
Create Interview Guides– We design interview guides specifically for your business containing questions and scenarios designed to identify candidates that are the right cultural and team fit for your business
Coordination of interviews and provision of 2 reference checks
During the period of the subscription fee we can provide:
- Vendor Management – We can manage all third party recruitment agency enquires and interactions
Establish an internal referral scheme – We design and rollout a referral scheme to enable you to source staff directly through the professional networks of your existing employees
- Maintaining an Exclusive Candidate pipeline – MRS manage a pipeline of candidates specifically for your business. Candidates will be assigned to specific roles and when you need to hire similar or same type roles at a future date you will have access to these candidates
- Outplacement Services – When it comes to letting staff go and making difficult changes our outplacement programme makes what is a difficult time a little easier
